Real Cases

Real Properties.Real Decisions.

Anonymised but real client cases showing how Classical Feng Shui can reveal what is not always visible when a property looks right on paper.

Every property decision carries more than financial weight. These cases show how a deeper analysis can support clarity before committing.

Introduction

What these cases show

Most clients come to me when a property looks attractive, but something still feels unclear.

The location may be right. The design may be beautiful. The numbers may make sense. But before signing, they want to understand the energy of the place through Classical Feng Shui.

These real cases show how the audit can help clients pause, proceed or rethink a property decision with more clarity.

When a property does not support your goals, the cost is not only financial. It can affect your time, energy, decisions and the quality of the life you are trying to build there.

Case Study

A home in Germany with a strong foundation for family life

GermanyResidentialFamily HomeOnline Consultation
Traditional German family home

What the client needed

  • a home for herself and her children
  • enough stability to support a new family chapter
  • space to care for her ageing parents
  • clarity before committing to the purchase
  • an additional space for her to work

What the analysis revealed

  • the property had a very supportive Feng Shui configuration
  • the energetic foundation of the home was strong
  • the house showed good potential for family stability and long-term support
  • the property was aligned with the client's profession
  • the recommendation was clear: proceed with confidence

The outcome

The client moved forward with the purchase.

At first, she expected to invest around €200,000 in renovation work. Later, thanks to a combination of public support and contribution from the previous owner, the estimated renovation cost was reduced by around half.

For me, this case shows something important: when the base of a property is strong, the process often feels more supported and less resistant.

The client has now asked me to stay involved during the renovation phase, so the home can be optimised according to Classical Feng Shui as the project develops.

When the foundation of a property is strong, the next steps can become clearer, smoother and easier to support.

Case Study

The location looked weak. The space had another kind of potential.

MallorcaCommercial SpaceRetail ConceptBusiness Decision
Mediterranean commercial street

What looked difficult

  • the location did not look strong at first glance
  • the street had limited obvious commercial appeal
  • the shop risked being judged only by visibility and foot traffic
  • the client was unsure whether the space could support the business
  • on paper, it did not look like the safest retail choice

What the analysis revealed

  • the internal energy of the space was aligned with the client
  • the main door brought in energy that supported activity, movement and engagement
  • the shop was not meant to work as passive retail only
  • the strongest potential was experiential: events, theatre, workshops and activities for children
  • the business concept needed to align with how the space naturally wanted to be used
Proceed with Awareness

The outcome

The analysis showed that the location was not the full story.

The shop had potential, but not as a standard retail space relying only on products and foot traffic.

To work well, it needed to become more experiential: a place where people entered, stayed, participated and connected through activities.

This changed the strategic direction of the project. Instead of asking only, “Is this a good location?”, the client could ask a better question:

“What kind of business experience does this space support?”

A shop does not only need to look good. It needs to support the business model behind it.

Case Study

On paper, it looked like an opportunity.                      The analysis showed otherwise.

MallorcaFincaBusiness ProjectHigh-Value Decision
Beautiful Mediterranean finca in Mallorca

What looked good on paper

  • a beautiful finca in Mallorca
  • strong emotional appeal after several visits
  • price below the usual market level for this type of property
  • enough space to develop the business project
  • technical and practical aspects already reviewed with an architect.

What the analysis revealed

  • the finca did not offer a strong enough energetic foundation for the business project
  • the orientation and layout presented important limitations for the intended use.
  • the attractive price did not compensate for the amount of effort the space would have required.
  • problems that could not be solved through design, renovation or decoration.
  • the client’s hesitation had a real foundation.
Not Recommended

The outcome

The client decided not to move forward with the purchase.

The review did not take away the dream. It helped her understand why she had been unable to commit, even after visiting the property several times and checking the practical details.

She already knew something felt unclear. The analysis gave that feeling structure, language and confirmation.

A good price and visible potential can attract you, but they do not always mean the property can support the project you have in mind.
